Platform Structure and Loading Operation

Component Structure

Hoistway Section: Enclosed or mesh-type framework surrounded by buildings or light steel structures, with steel guide rails installed on both internal sides
Drive Section: A small oil tank containing hydraulic drive motor, oil pump, safety valve, speed control valve, directional valve and other hydraulic components
Cylinder Section: One or multiple cylinder groups that directly lift the platform or lift the scissor frame
Door System Section: Steel structure composed of enclosed or mesh-type platform doors or landing door systems, available in manual or automatic operation, generally open-type platforms do not have doors
Electrical Section: Including power, control, signal, safety and lighting devices
Platform Section: Available in enclosed or open type, equipped with guide rollers or guide shoes on both sides, with the platform bottom connected to lifting cylinders or scissor-type steel frame
Auxiliary Section: Composed of hydraulic fittings, pipelines, pressure gauges and steel structure base
Safety Devices: Safety valve, limit switches, door-electrical interlocks, rupture valve, emergency stop switch and electrical short-circuit protection, etc.
